I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

It was my first job and therefore a source of primary learning about corporate working and everything.

Dislikes

Tge company does not have any sense or work culture. Everybody has bad attitude and bad behaviour towards you especially towards the new comers.
