Company's policy is very bad. Harrashment done of engineers. No joing letter, timely not any TA provided. Seniors never revert on employee's queries. Very bad experience while worked with Rapidtech.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
