Working on outdated technologies, lala company, 3 companies in 1 building (rapidsoft, whatsoo, NKC projects)No learning. Now in most of the rapidsoft employees, hr is giving fresh appointment letter to us in the name of NKC. A big nonsense. Fake projects, hire and fire kind if company, extremely poor hikes and appraisal. HR of theCompany is very clever cunning and unprofessional. Hr always coming late n going early n she is not at all knowledgeable. Please don't spoil your career in the company. For freshers the company is paying nothing or it is paying like beggars 5000, 70000 rs. Never sign any agreement or contract or bond in this company. Hr is forcefully taking 1 lakh cheque from freshers. company is illegally forcing 1 or 2 years agreement with the employees. Hr has no work here except doing politics n playing games. I had seen worst hr in my life. For some temporary project with outdated technology company hire people n within 3 months you r fired after work is completed. Never trust the HR of the company....Read More
