All Employees, Managers and owner of the company are good and help you to out from any critical situations But one of them who is discusting person and nobudy can uproot it. I cant tell his name just go see and feel the environment.

Nothing. It's a small start up which wants to make money without considering employees benefits. You will be asked to work for 24/7 and you need to take permission to take off on weekends

Very good place for a fresher as i have joined as a fresher and learned a lot of good stuff there and now im in a good position in my life with whatever skills i have learned there

Yes as it is was a startup on 2019 i had struggles but i had a very supportive team but through the struggles i have learned more i would refer any fresher to join here as will shape out nicely with all the skills you learn here

It was a good learning experience in RapidQube, if you join as a fresher you can grow with lots and lots of skills or else you would be kicked out but not good for experienced candidates.

Dislikes

There is hardly team of 10 members but there is lots and lots of politics (like MNCs) management people don't how to how to resolve any conflicts. There is a softcorner for South Indian guys.
