The company functions like a government office. The office is too politically charged. Employees with political clout with management, team leads enjoy the most. Increment, career growth, appraisal are all based on your clout with the team leads and supervisors. Very poor ethics. People who work hard are given more tougher jobsand made to work even more harder, but when it comes to remuneration nothing more is given to the person who has worked hard.
