If you have to learn the subject as a faculty, no one give best platform and support other than Rao. Working environment in Rao is very good. In this critical situation due to pandemic of corona, we all are working from home and Rao has motivated and suppoted us in all possible way so that we can help students to reach their goals in this though situation also.

Dislikes

Sometimes communication gap between employees and top management. Some employees malign the image of company and always talk bad and negative about institute, company should take strict action to those.

Work Details

I am Maths faculty at Rao IIT Academy, taking classes for IIT JEE Mains/Advance. I am also Academic head of one branch at Rao IIT Academy handling academic related issues of students at that branch.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

A big problem is not giving salary even after 4 months.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
