Nothing to like here. Don't waste your time, energy and health by joining here. Zero growth.

Dislikes

Working here is very stressful as you will not get salary on time. 3-4 months delay will be there. You will be trapped. Have to face so many insults, directly indirectly. No value/respect will be given. Will be treated as a tissue paper.

Most pathetic place to work. They cheat people. Not at all a good working space. Disastrous, would never like to visit. A nightmare trying to forget. Bad were those days when I was getting trained there

An avarage career growth is there. Work timings are flexible that you feel positive sometimes.

Dislikes

Late salary. Worst lecture planning. No job security. Full of business attitude and not a single glimpse towards a good result.

Work Details

There's no excitement doing job at Rao IIT Academy. They have a very bad planning team. Lecture's planning is even worse which makes your job as a faculty very hectic. The major flaw is with the salary delivery, one has to wait for more than a month.
