Known for his Goodwill and success The people and work environment of the company makes Rao IIT great place to work. Everyone that work here are super friendly and driven. The company has great work-life balance and fun culture. Best incentive plan for the marketing people to encourage them

Dislikes

Yes there are some issues going in regards to salary but it is just the bad phase of the company which everyone has and we should support the organization in the bad times by not leaving the organization just be with flow and work hard to remove them from bad phase

Here in Rao IIT Academy we have supportive environment. During COVID-19 Situation our company supported us lot by sending PC and Essentials Items to our Home so that our work doesn't hamper. Here we have a energetic environment and supportive seniors.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
