Everything is a dislike for this organization. Starting with - in digital era, they're still stucked in paper/ printouts era - they deduct Diwali bonus from your salary, and then give you back exactly the same amount which was debited from your CTC ( basically enjoying the interest on our debited money) - located just beside the hospital which gives negative energy to every employee. - monotonous work, nothing to learn. - total bureaucratic way of working ( licence raj era) - heads of department are lickers of management with no sense of creativity, & zero risk tolerance. - salary is low - no work satisfaction - no proper planning of doing things. Everything, poor management , all around negative, no employee satisfaction, worst HR and management. They will just hire u by showing good salary but the environment is soo negative that u cant exist there. Everyday employees are leaving.

It's a renowned Consulting firm for people looking forward to immigrate.

Dislikes

There's no growth in several departments. One of their services that they run is only for the sake to generate sales, they have 0% conversion in that service. People wear anything and everything they like to wear at work. No professionalism, they talk in all kind of languages and I have also heard employees abusing each other.
