Good culture, Appreciate based on work and given as per reward or increment.One salary bonus in Diwali and average increment 15% per year.

Dislikes

Many leave are given by company!! and also leaves payment credited by company!!! Good culture! Flexible job !! I like it. No comments for dislike 😊

Good working environment and familiar culture. Top management and middle supporters are good. Pay scale is average and pay also within appropriate time schedule.

Dislikes

Most important salary hike and bonus is not applicable. Salary is decent but career growth is so slow.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
