Company always think about self profit and loss , employees are suffering on time salary increment, medical issues no buddy is there to resolve these issues.... So, in my view working culture is not healthy

Diversity is a big issue mainly in management .. 2 female staff out of 12 male dominated Managers..sometimes you will need same gender to express tough issues which is missing and if you have low voice you will be humiliated infront of entire crowd.. Even there are complaints raised from female staff no action will be taken from higher Management..
