Th client was good as it was a big 4, also Randstad has good exposure to recruit right candidates with right talent.

Dislikes

Worked as RPO with Randstad for close to 2 years, but when there was process shut down/layoff from client's end, Randstad did not assist most for employees for redeployment as it was promised while joining and they just asked for volunteer resignation and gave redundancy which is disappointing, because they hire the best candidates a nd loose them with limited openings and unable to fit them with different client or to retain the affected candidates. Before we could achive our dreams and goals and develop the talent ,we were out of the company, hope Randstad reconsiders the affected candidates back into the Organization with limited cooling off period....Read More

Company is good, provides good pay compared to other staffing firms, and provides WFH and also remote support is fair enough!

Pathetic work culture in a certain account, hello lot of politics & favouritism, performers gets fired and poor performers gets retained for people pleasing. manager I worked with is a control freak, micromanages and never open to strategic discussions, ego, and always fear of taking ownership, and creates a lot of chaos & fear of jo b insecurity. ultimately the ones who pleases and praises their manager for everything gets retained.No growth, and scope of growth, poor leadership strategies, communication gaps, most of the time gives the answer for almost all questions "cant talk about it or predict at the moment".
