Complete Political organization No career growth as there is Only 3 Tier hierarchy in India ( RAM - Base level / RSM / NSM ) Everyone has individual target RSM has individual targets. For this reason, RSM is also an internal competitor of his subordinates RAM. Therefore RAM often doesn't share his customer or sales details to his manager RSM, fearing that RSM may capture that lead and close the deal by his own name. Simply divide and rule policy by the UK management. No increment in 4-5 yrs. Increment depends on the mood at the year end of the UK person. No stock of products for which regularly targets would be missed. Not even 1% security of Job Laid off 70% of employee throughout 2020 without 1 day notice for each. The analysis of a persons honest hard work is missing due to politics, There are very few growth opportunities . Overall what i feel is that good people are not rewarded well they are been punished for there hard work . Your time in the company depends on your manager not on your hard work .
