The environment of the company is very toxic and not work friendly. Management is not friendly towards employees, they create fear of firing from the job. Environment is very depressing stressful and not work friendly they don't let employees talk to each other (they don't let employees communicate to each other in the office). They overvarden employees with the work, they also force to stay in the office after the working hours. Management talk and behave to employees rudely. Management don't care about mental health and work life balance of the employees. They also don't pay employees up to the industry standard they always under pay you. Management also don't care about feedbacks from the employees and don't appreciate any ideas from the employees to improve the environment and culture of the office. They treat employees like a robots they only care about the work and force employees to overwork and don't expect anything in the return they don't pay you overtime working. There is no necessary facilities for employees in the office. No cleaning and maintenance is up to the mark in the working space. They don't let employees move their neck right or left it is very unethical and brutal behaviour towards employees. They don't listen to employees if there is any need or requirement to work properly. They don't let employees move freely in the office they always keep eye on you employees doing something wrong.
