My work is very challenging as i am working in FInance Department which is the heart of the company !! I keep an 18 month rolling demand calendar ready hoping that someday i will be recognized for my efforts !!

Lot of internal Politics. No benefits given on time. No job security. Higher management doesn't listen to second line ppl who are loyal & hardworking. They just use you like a tissue and throw you away.

You have to struggle between the HOD's, they have their own internal issues and they use juniors as their targets. Higher management doesn't bother to guide juniors they just use them for their work and earn good name from the higher officials
