plant is very very good but people are not. You wont see this kind of machineary rearly in any compnay it is one of best of its kind. Great place if you are coming at senior position you might get lot of $$.

For people who is starting their carrer or med level exp will get very low wages but work pressure is also low for them. Rkfl preffers production over system if they will somehow manages to develop system then it will be one of the best automobile anicallry plant in india.
