First cmpny i see in my career were engineer are supporting staff and managers & above are valuable employs even the basic facilites are not same for both like canteen, different for engineer and operator level and different for manager and above with permium facilites. So u can imagine the differences.

The middle management has pride in themselves the manipulate people and uses slang now and then,the have so much pride that they will shout inbetween the office, very toxic atmosphere

No promotion at a time.from last 10 year employees working In a same Designation.company growth is excellent but management role is very poor.

Company is for higher officer only. Management knows only them. They not recognize shop floor normal employees. Class culture here more . Company interested only in only number of production and own profit. Normal shop floor Employees work in every Sunday and govt holiday.

Much politics culture, Senior or old employee do not support new employee Strict timings you fill like in jail during office time. No any proper policy. I would suggest if you have any opportunity from somewhere then not join RKFL.
