There's a lot of learning you get if you join in as a fresher.

Direction/ vision of the company keeps shifting frequently, because of which employees might feel insecure. Too many leaders at the top which hinders faster decision making, inturn slows down the entire process.

Their HCM and payroll implementation team is worst specially India team which is being headed by a female whose eccentricity knows no bound .Another one is her subordinate whose is dreaming to become a head of India implementation team by replacing her. No support , immense politics, extra workload, no proper software expectation towork on weekends and streched processes make this place a living hell....Read More

Language Barrier for outsiders, Hard to work if you are not good in local language. People follow less importance for email and communication. Mostly they do work if we practically in Person request them.
