There is no work lofe balance, you have to work on shifts which continuesly rotate because of less manpower. There is no SOP of work and nothing to learn, you need good eyesight to work. You have not get promoted even after 5 year of work. No fixed holidays, even work on gazetted holidays and Sundays without any compensation.
