One of the best MNC I have ever worked. Good environment and culture. Management is one of the best and transparent even in the pandemic same and equally treatment for all staff. Company policies are really good. Happy with the organization.

There is no work lofe balance, you have to work on shifts which continuesly rotate because of less manpower. There is no SOP of work and nothing to learn, you need good eyesight to work. You have not get promoted even after 5 year of work. No fixed holidays, even work on gazetted holidays and Sundays without any compensation. Ramboll is a good company with high values and lots of growing standards. But not in Ramboll Telecom. Other departments are good.

Ramboll Telecom 1. Micromanaging 2. Racism 3. No work life balance 4. Very low Appraisals 5. No proper trainings to improve from lower level, 6. Threatening employees when they want to leave company due to other opportunities that they will close their career. 7. Disrespecting women Employees. I will not suggest Ramboll telecom to anyone. Don’t screw your career. Rest is up to you.
