I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Very poor management, no job security, no support from office to site engineer, 20% security deposit for 5 months, no personal safety at site

Dislikes

They don't care about site engineers, Only office people get all benifits and perks, site engineers are treated like labour. Contractors are getting more value then company site engineer

Managing Director is the most humble and Kind Person.
