Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

1 year Contractual Basis Job - No job security, Salary structure is very very poor, They never taken any positive action about the increment in salary and job security in spite of working above 4 years.

I most dislike the one thing that few of there staff members are getting huge opportunities from the unit by informing false report to the administration about the others staff members. Because they think that they would make himself a good and honest person to the monks by using this immoral way.
