Working in place like Ramada Khajuraho which is more owned by the owner than the brand gives you opportunity to work in freedom. You can explore more and might not get appreciated for that but no one will question you.

Dislikes

Salary, work hours, n appreciation is what keeps people motivated towards there company which is almost nowhere in it. Been here for a year had fun didn't learned much or couldn't experiment much because of lack of ingredients. There was no Job Satisfaction.

Work Details

I was doing my MT from Ramada Khajuraho in which they were use to pay me 6.5K PM (All Inclusive) which you can understand is nothing compared to the bills a person of this generation needs to pay. There's nor job Satisfaction neither job security. Worst.

Ramada Khajuraho is best hotel as growth ans enhance your skills.Good place for.learning.work environment is nice and supporting staff and management. Definitely one time join the company.
