Work environment is extremely good. The head of the departments are very encouraging and always motivating. The staff are very helpful and friendly, they make work more of a fun :)

Dislikes

Being a great property and excellent environment with everything includively dynamic I would like to say that the compensation or salary should get a hike which therefore will encourage the staffs to devote more of themselves towards their work which is technically an appraisal itself. Thank you.

Well I'm a workaholic and once I'm into something I devote myself fully in it. So when it comes to what i love to do I don't care if it gets hectic. I have done extra shifts and it has made me more active and efficient. I enjoyed working in the front desk

The people and ambience is very friendly. Learning was fun if you are a little dedicated to it.

Dislikes

Few of it's facilities like some arrangement of fan in the lobby area, better quality food to staffs at the cafeteria, facilities of in house medicine shop, nearby ATM counter of any one bank.

Learning was good there. I did learn many new things there. Few of us (trainees) were given more respect than junior staffs there because of our good performance.

I really enjoyed working there. Though it was just for 2 months, I got to learn alot from the hr team. Specifically the hr manager. There were times where I found it little hectic....but it didn't last long. It was great working at Caravela Beach Resort.

I am regretting that I have joined in this shit company. No offs, mis managed property. Work culture is worst. Don’t join this hotel they will offer you higher packages to retain employee. But after you join You find urself why i have join this property.
