I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

During the lockdown the company shows its low standards. They terminate all the employes and cut down their whole salary for the past 5 months.

Not providing basic needs. No canteen, no pure drinking water. Misbehaving with the employees and workers. Tq workers are good but it employees at the senior level are very bad.no benefits for provided from the company such as child care free transport free and medical.
