One aspect I dislike about working at Rama Hospital is the sudden termination or resignation policy. With this issue I can surely say that there is no job security. I work with Rama. I want to work with Rama for lifetime. But while the overall environment is supportive and positive, the possibility of being terminated without understand the employee situation can be stressful. it would be beneficial if the hospital implemented a more transparent and gradual approach to addressing performance issues....Read More

I really enjoy all the people I work with collaboration is important to me, so it's been great to be part of such a talented, tight-knit team. Being on a small team has its downsides, though. One of them is that there are not a lot of paths update in the company

The seniors are supportive but you don't know when you will be asked to leave. Lots of learning is involved in this job.

Dislikes

You won't be given a chance to prove yourself and will ask to resign all of a sudden. Companies do spend a lot on their employees and on their work but employees also have their family to look after and have some expenses Pertaining to rent etc. Before asking an employee to leave a notice period should be given to the employee.
