Working at Rama Hospital as a clerk in the principal office has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The environment is one of the most positive and supportive I have ever encountered. From the moment I joined, I was welcomed into a team that values collaboration, dedication, and growth. One of the aspects I love most about working at Rama Hospital is the sense of community. Everyone from the administrative staff to the medical professionals, works together seamlessly to provide the best care possible for our patients. This spirit of teamwork makes coming to work each day a pleasure. The Leadership at Rama Hospital is exemplary. They are not only approachable but also deeply invested in the well-being and professional development of every employee. One aspect I dislike about working at Rama Hospital is the sudden termination or resignation policy. With this issue I can surely say that there is no job security. I work with Rama. I want to work with Rama for lifetime. But while the overall environment is supportive and positive, the possibility of being terminated without understand the employee situation can be stressful. it would be beneficial if the hospital implemented a more transparent and gradual approach to addressing performance issues....Read More

I feel more at home, more comfortable, more in control and more supported than I ever have before.

Dislikes

I really enjoy all the people I work with collaboration is important to me, so it's been great to be part of such a talented, tight-knit team. Being on a small team has its downsides, though. One of them is that there are not a lot of paths update in the company
