Likes

Working with RRVM was really a great experience. Very well organise and discipline work culture. Teachers, Management and students work together.

Dislikes

Some policies were not easily to digest.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
