Very poor management and HR department . There is six months period for graduate engineer trainee but they said there is mistake in your offer letter there is an issue of printing so they told wait for one year. But yet i am not confirmed still iam graduate engineer trainee . Very poor system

Salary is very very low if you are an B.Tech or Above, promotion and appraisals was zero.
