No initiative by Management towards employee's development, Management changes policies on their mood and there is no fixed policy. Management doesn't listens to employees and keep forcing their decision

I've noticed a significant decline in employee satisfaction since the management changes in 2023. Through conversations with colleagues, it's clear that I'm not alone in my dissatisfaction. Morale has decreased, and many employees are unhappy. Specific concerns include: - Poor communication from management - Lack of support and resources - Unclear goals and expectations - Negative impact on company culture. I've seen talented employees leave, and those remaining seem disconnected. It's an awful place for any employee to work. Without giving any reason, they terminate employees. The CEO Mr. Narinder shows no interest in meeting, responding to or understanding the viewpoint of the employee. The COO Mr. Lav Kush is a terrible person to work with. He is someone who will take offense, if you reply to him. No matter how skilled you are, you may expect to get fired if you don't keep up a good reputation in Lav Kush's eyes....Read More
