I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Atul Vijayvergia, a relative of the CEO, enjoys complete freedom, despite lacking the necessary qualifications. T.Niraj Kumar is cringe character you never see in any office or zoo. His logic is twisted, and you'll be shocked to know he's real. By the blessing of the CEO Anil Beejawat, he got promoted to HR head from a hiring manager. HR dept. has the highest attrition rate. He is very vindictive and tries to prove to everyone that he is knowledgeable, but the moment he opens his mouth, the truth is out. He has also called the parents of employees if they are not performing well. Who on earth does that? He is spineless, and hence no one respects HR in the company. He uses company money as his own and no one bothers to check on that. He keeps his whiskey in the office guesthouse and sometimes asks the cook to send food to his house....Read More
