By the blessing of the CEO Anil Beejawat, he got promoted to HR head from a hiring manager. HR dept. has the highest attrition rate. He is very vindictive and tries to prove to everyone that he is knowledgeable, but the moment he opens his mouth, the truth is out. He has also called the parents of employees if they are not performing well. Who on earth does that? He is spineless, and hence no one respects HR in the company.
