Waste of time to work on that company

Dislikes

It's not leads to any job secure and job knowledge. Simply go to office and start to work as a machine for 12hrs that's it. Here they will not make us permanent staff

I joined in this company 2 months back under graduate trainee and this company is AUTO PARTS MANUFACTURERS fot TVS MOTORS like FRONT FORK , mufflers etc.... This is relative to my MECHANICAL core work so, i am willing to training here for 1 year. In my training i should willing to gain new industrial experience and new techniques, technology those for my career growth.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Promotions - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

In training as GET , there is no respect for graduates. They treat all workers as labours. And working period is 12hrs this is quite hard to work which causes unwilling to do job.
