There is no growth, they give the worst appraisals and make in house rules without informing employees, they change their notice period policy mid way of the year and mention it on the appraisal letter so that employees are forced to sign it.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
