VERY VERY BAD HR POLICIES. EVEN HR DEPARTMENT DONT KNOW THE RULES OF THEIR COMPANY. PLEASE BE CAREFULL WHILE ACCEPTING OFFERS FROM RAJOO THEY ARE PLAYING VERY CHEAP/UNETHICAL PRACTICE IN INTENT LETTER. RAJOO'S MOTTO IS TO DO ETHICAL WORK BUT THEY ARE PLAY VERY UNETHICAL PRACTIC IN RAJKOT REGION WITH THEIR EMPLOYEE SPECIALLY IN DESIGN DEPARTMENT. THEY ARE DOING PARTIALITY IN APPRAISAL AND PROMOTIONS. Company is very old but they don't even any leaves calculation software or ERP. You have to calculate by self and inform HR dept otherwise they will deduct from salary and it will give headache. Top management is trying to do some betterment for employees but mediator people are politically refuse some decisions and policies. And one more thing being a Limited company they have 6 days of working and some times 7 days working with overtime with Wednesday off (which is not suitable). During lockdown we all are attached with the others employees through WhatsApp groups to help each other and to know situations of our all employees start by out top management. We learnt many things in online seasons and also got salarey on time so overall its a nice experience and Thanks you Rajoo management for this..

The Bond of 3 Years is what i don't like and also as an maintenance engineer they not providing me a enough man power.

We have to work hard and as an engineer we have to work on both computers and on Field job and due to less man power its hard to balance on both side.
