TEAMMATES ARE INTELLIGENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. BANK PROVIDES REASONABLE TRAINING. JOB SECURITY IS FULL. CAREER GROWTH IS NOT UP TO THE MARK.SALARY IS LESS AND APPRAISALS ARE NOT VERY LUCRATIVE. WORK LIFE BALANCE IS NOT GOOD.INNOVATIONS ARE VERY RARE.
