Good infrastructure and cordial co workers.

Dislikes

Discrimination, partiality, no ppf no gratuity, salary deductions with explanation. No standard procedure for increments/uprisals. wages far below per industry standards. there was absolutely no leave policy. No job security...employees are asked to leave as per mood swings!! At this moment school does not even have 1 single senior employee, and the school is more than 40 years old...shameful.
