Here's some Honest advice: it's better to be unemployed for a month than to join this school. once u get hired u for the required designation for which you have applied for , u ll be mde to do everything—admin, receptionist duties, counseling, couriering, dispatching & even HR tasks. dey basically want 1 person to do all d work. In Brahmand branch , there's a so-called Branch Head & School Manager who are only hired to watch u 24/7 via CCTV cameras & micromanage every aspect of ur work. D least u can expect is respect, but they don't have any, so they believe in not giving to others . On top of all dat, you won't have just 1 boss. You'll end up reporting to 10 different people as you will responsibile for hell number of other things to, coz no 1 stays der for more than 2 mnts after seeing d reality. d internal politics & toxic environment are unbearable.
