The company is good but few people are not at all good

Dislikes

I have a group of people who are all manager and hod and we go for lunch at 1:30 pm and my manager is not happy for that she feels hatred of that ask me not to go . Some employees are working for almost 8 to 13 years in that same organization and they act as if they are reason the hospital is working . But these ppl can't survive out in a new company
