Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It’s a great place to work specially for people looking for good people and culture to work in. Since it’s a product based company it’s has its own pace and are not very tight with deadlines. Gives you room to learn new skills and topics to do a certain job if you don’t know it. Poor work culture . 2-3 people running the show at top management without any knowledge.

Dislikes

Work environment is really bad. Only 2-3 people in the top management take all the calls , without acceptance to new ideas. No job security , constant layoffs keep on happening.
