I started my job here as an SEO content writer at RailRestro. My experience as an employee is great at this firm. I got a very good mentor reporting head here who always motivated and encouraged us. Now I have been promoted as "Business strategist" and this is all because of the work I have done earlier. With my own experience, I can say that if you are working well then you are bound to get appraisals, awards and promotions. Work is limited to the office campus only. You will definitely have your personal living space after office hours. As far as the working environment is concerned I must say it is you who make the environment accordingly. There could be the people who feel jealous with you or they might try to create professional difficulties for you but you will have to be smart enough to tackle these people well. Dislikes

There are a few things that I personally don't like about this company. Firstly, the "no leave policy". You will have a few holidays in a year mainly on the major festivals of Else you have to spend your CL for any other leave. Apart from that, you have to be punctual enough otherwise salary deduction is bounded.
