work environment is very good here and teammates and senior are also very co-operative and helping and i am working here last two years and i had not face any single issue while working here.

salary deduction policy is not good here this is only bad things about this company ,as i know

good work place and environment, teammates and seniors very supportive. working here as like working at home because there is always healthy environment. another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration.

Work Details

I join this company 2019 as a customer agent and in my starting period I faced some problems to handle the customer issues over the call and then i decide to learn properly , and my senior helped me out in this.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
