I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The Managing Director along with the Board will support for the growth and encourage the personnel to excel in the career inturn helping the overall growth and prospects of the company. The management strive for complete compliance with all the applicable laws.

Dislikes

The location of the corporate office is outside the city of Raichur, which disconnects the admin staff from easily commute to the organisation. The temperature at Raichur district is very high compared to Bangalore which makes it difficult to stay at Raichur.

Good work culture and 100% job security there is no chance of firing /layoff here Work life balance is very good here in this company you can spend a valuable time with your family while working while the company have a 5days working in a week and the company provides with good facilities for the employees
