Nice and technically sound people you will be working with/ under. Good opportunity to start career as a fresher. Have scope of experimentation and room to express your views regarding work. A good work life balance.

Compensation is way less than satisfactory. Not enough leaves. After a while not much career growth.

You just need to be boss’s favourite to get benefits, salary hike, opportunities. Top management poorly manage internal communications among them. Usually top people don’t show up in the office only it’s a business for the heck of it.. no growth.
