No growth, no new challenges or new things to learn for development, managers will shout unnecessarily, just want collection no mental health, bogus management, manager's don't have decency to talk, HR is just for name sake, shift timing are shuffled every week with the convience of managers

Although, The salary benefits are impeccable the leave requests are denied and cut shorted. There is no overtime but if the goals aren't meeting you're informed to work on a Saturday as well. No micro management but there is no work life balance

Poor leadership structure, from senior vice president to director, supervisor, manager, payroll and hr. They are dishonest, bias, petty and unprofessional in every sense of the word. While everyone claims they have an open door policy, they cannot be trusted. Best believe they are going to take the word of their friend or favorite employee, without conducting a thorough investigation. They penalize you for the wrongs that they do. If you have a disagreement with a member of the leadership team a year ago, it either reflects on your review, or they refuse to do your review. Claiming they don’t know what to say as all that comes to mind is what happened a year ago. Working at Radius has caused a decrease in my physical and mental health.
