Very poor management, no support, even causing toxicity and isolation. No team culture. No growth, they don't even have good projects anymore, due to bad decision making of upper management. No advocacy of engineers only rubbish politics of useless managers, HR is also useless, thinking of ways to cause trouble and lay people off without any PIP, no hikes or bonuses since 3 years, they deliberately hold employees back in promotion or good work to hinder their growth. There are some good teams where you'd wanna work and learn but internal politics hinder you from shifting or takes months before you've squeezed out whole at the current team. Good place for people used to or interested in politics.
Company Culture: The company has a poor culture unless you're planning to stay long-term and become one of them, "We're Family, but wrong place to find money", as they say. Compensation: Policies, benefits, CTC and things agreed upon before joining are often changed few months in, which are non-negotiable.
