Once you have joined here then it all depends on you how curious you are to learn something and that you have to learn on your own because they won't provide any training neither you wil let proper download or handover from management or your senior colleague. The Human Resource Team have a very good endeavor to provide best opportunity and skills training. Special skills development workshops are organised by the HR Team from time to time.

This company has a very bad interpersonal working culture. Those who are honest and straight forward must be ready to be chopped off. One must be very careful for any office politics that comes in a company. He/ She must make alliances in order to survive from what is called office politics.
