There is nothing to like. Poor management and one of the worst experience.

In single line ... One of the worst experience with this company, poor management. They don't have their strong policies, they cover up their loss to their employees. Even they don't work systematically and documentary. Unnecessary deduction. Pls never join this company seriously I m requesting you to all , it's my personal experience and suggestion. Blackberrys is like a Hell.

Blackberry is awesome brand for yourth , but no bnifit for employees because no pf, no ensurenc for employees, that's why is a no benificial for employees. But brand is good because there fitting is really wow, it's no comparison for eny brand, but no benificial for employees. Thanks

BlackBerrys is awesome brand but I am not satisfied with company because there are no benfits for employee like provident fund esi and eny other benefit, and working time is so long. I am working with blackberry's from 1 year but company has not appraisal,

No benifite for staff, and working time is so long, no shift, no lunch time and no tea time, and either appraisal is not good.
