Poor work culture, excessive workload. Deduction in salaries even when the agent is completing login hours. Employees are given Comp off for the work done on National Holidays nad when the employee takes Comp off, the company deducts salary. Rubbish place and organisation to work in

Good work environment and culture. No pressure of work or overload of work

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Company doesn't promote the deserving candidates.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning but learnt many things on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Radical mind is one of the worst company i have ever worked. The work culture is pathetic people are confused . They change their policies day by day and senior management system is also worst.as far as cab facilities is concerned so your mind set should be like anything can be happpend..the sift timing is also one of the disturbing part of radical mind first week they will call you 9 to 6 and from next week they will say your sift is 5 to 2 it puts a great impact in your health if there is an option to give 0 rating i would have given 0 rating to this company...Read More
