We used to learn the ways to deal with the guests and about the hotel and how they work.

The Goibibo process was very good, there is no doubt.But there was no proper management. And there was so much deduction in salary if we take leaves and sometimes they deduct the amount of approved leaves. And for this the executives literally used to fight with their superiors., but still there was impact of this.

Job security is not there, management is very worst, Salary appraisal is not up to the mark, for carrier growth there is no transperancy. Unnecessary salary deduction.

Pathetic company i sugesst that don't work with radicalminds as theywant quantity not quality and employee work whole month but at the time of salary they create unnecessary reason and didn't provide salary to employee. They have their own policy.

I worked in radical minds for goibibo, it's a travel agency I love the fact that I was a part of that team. We worked on GDS its a global distribution system. Their team members and very supportive. Always willing to help.. To their customers

Overall it's was a nice experience to work with radical minds because that was my first job there has a nice environment for colleagues. good Supportive team , they give best training to their employees It's a nice company but the work pressure is very high. I do receive appreciation mails from my clients.. I Ieaved that job because2 months before I was hospitalised for 1 month and after that my exams got started.
